Buhari appoints Adedeji Zacch as Executive Secretary NSDC

President Muhammadu Buhari has endorsed the arrangement of Mr Adedeji Zacch as the Executive Secretary of National Sugar Development Council(NSDC) for an underlying term of four years. Buhari made the declaration in an articulation on Thursday by Mr Willie Bassey, Director of Information, office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The assertion said that Zacch's arrangement was as per the arrangement of Section 5 (1) of the National Sugar Development Council (Establishment Act, 1993). The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Zacch holds a Bachelor of Science certificate in Management and Accounting and Masters certificate in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun.

He additionally holds Executive Certificate in Economic Development from Harvard, Kennedy School of Government, Boston, U.S. with fifteen years experience as Chartered Accountant. Until his arrangement, Zacch had filled in as Corporate Illicit relationships Manager (West Africa), Procter and Gamble Company, Lagos, and Commissioner for Finance, Oyo State, from 2011 to 2015. "Mr President charges Zacch to serve the country with all feeling of obligation, genuineness, persistence and advance great administration in the release of his obligations," it said. As per the assertion, the arrangement is with impact from March 10.
