Understudies of United Comprehensive High School, Wasimi in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State on Thursday morning, impeded the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
The understudies in their hundreds were
supposed to fight the passing of one of them who was purportedly wrecked and
slaughtered before the school by a moving truck. They kept vehicles from the
two roadsides, as they made blockades along the freeway to communicate their
displeasure.
An onlooker said, "drivers employing the
street were not permitted to approach their organizations". The
improvement made the voyagers from both Lagos and Abeokuta stopping points
abandoned for quite a long time. A source who works around the region said,
"It was the understudies of United Comprehensive High school that were
turning vehicles back and didn't permit vehicles to handle the street."
