Osun State lead representative Gboyega Oyetola has requested all board administrators and other political office holders at nearby government committees in the state to abandon their workplaces.
"The Executive Governor of the State of Osun,
Mr Adegboyega Oyetola has coordinated all political office holders at the Local
Government Councils to empty their separate workplaces and hand over the
Administration of their concerned Councils to the most Senior Local Government
Personnel," Oyetola said in an explanation by the Secretary to the State
Government Wole Oyebamiji.
Oyetola said the influenced political office
holders were approached to leave because of the lapse their residency in
office.
He said the order is in as per the termination of
the residency of all political office holders in all the Local Governments,
Area Development Councils and Administrative workplaces in Osun State.
"Lead representative Oyetola values their individual commitments to the advancement of the state and wishes them well in their future commitment," Oyebamiji said.
